In an effort to eliminate the slums and blight in the city of Washington, DC and to re-stabilize city neighborhoods, skip tracing services are performed for the Washington, DC Department of Housing & Community Development / Property Acquisition & Disposition. This department is charged with identification of vacant and abandoned properties in the city for which we identify and locate any and all owners (individuals & corporations), personal representatives or heirs of deceased owners for purposes of locating these parties to determine property responsibility and/or future ownership.
