Accidents and injuries on the job site are common and
may initially appear to be only a Worker's Compensation
matter; however, this is not always the case. Negligence
can result from malfunctioning, improperly designed,
or poorly maintained pieces of equipment or materials,
and from faulty or improperly constructed buildings,
whether completed or under construction.
An investigation into such accidents provides the background
information necessary for determining whether or not
there is a third party responsible for the accident.
In such cases the owner, designer, builder, general/sub-contractor,
or maintenance contractor are identified.
